Source Data Normalization
When one or more HSI cubes are loaded into the project, they will not be modified by fluxTrainer; the original values will be kept. But as described in the Wavelength Abstraction section, the source of a model will likely be set to a wavelength range that is not identical to that of the loaded cube. Furthermore cubes may have been recorded in intensities, but the model may have been configured to use reflectances.
For that reason the data that is shown when viewing the output of the Source will not be identical to the data in the cube, unless the source is set to exactly the same settings that the cube has.
Additionally, the user may change things on a per-cube basis that do not affect the raw data of the cube, but do affect the data that is provided by the Source of the model. For more details, see the section Cube Settings.
